Please complete the Move-In Form within your first 7 days of residency. Be sure to document any issues or concerns you notice in your unit.
Forms submitted after 7 days may not be considered for future reference.
Non-emergency maintenance requests submitted before we receive your completed Move-In Form will not be addressed until the form is returned.
Submitting this form does not guarantee all items will be repaired, but it helps document the condition of your unit and may assist with your security deposit return at move-out. Property Managers will review each submission and address necessary repairs as appropriate.
NOTICE: The resident is responsible for the condition of the residence "AS IS," and any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the resident. This means that if any damage is not reported on the Move-In Form, it may be assumed to have occurred during your tenancy and could result in charges against your security deposit at move-out.
